Religions in Panama.

As in other Latin American countries, Panama has a variety of religions for cultural difference its population with mestizo, mulatto, black, white and indigenous. And they have other origins as Jews, Chinese, Arabic, French, Greek, Spanish, Americans, Colombians and others. However, the most popular religion is Roman Catholic 79.1%, Protestant 10.1%, other 7.7% and not 2.4% profess no.

Like most countries in America, in its constitution provides for freedom of religion and freedom of worship without this disturb public order.

Panama is one of the many countries where religious freedom is respected; it is at least very interesting for a country. Anyway most Panamanians are currently in a large percentage Catholic, so religion has no place other than the Catholic. As a sign of religious freedom we find some temples of worship of other religions, such as synagogues that coexist perfectly with the country's churches.
It's good news to know that Panama is allowed to be of another religion , as it is a choice of every person to choose to be Catholic or belong to another religion , including not having a preference for any religion, it is a good choice and perfectly valid . Panama is one of the many countries in America, having a high percentage of its citizens who belong to the Catholic religion, a religion prevalent in many of the countries of this continent, which is no accident.
This freedom of worship is not something that can be said of all countries, because there are some which imposes a particular religion and other religions has no validity, as if religion were the best and the rest did not have any validity. This does not occur in Panama, a country in which everyone can freely choose the religion they want to belong, a positive development for Panamanians, so that everyone can choose what they prefer.
